Facilitating Career Development Certification Course - National Career Development Association (NCDA)
After becoming a certified Life Purpose Coach, Adriana was inspired to obtain several career certifications including Facilitating Career Developing Instructor (FCDI), Global Career Development Facilitator Instructor (GCDFI), and Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP). These provide a framework to support clients in finding guidance around life purpose and meaningful work.
Adriana teaches Facilitating Career Development as a course that you can enroll in! The course includes 24 hours of live contact instruction (in-person or over Zoom) and 90 hours of homework (reading, assignments, and projects). This course provides you with a certificate in Facilitating Career Development (FCD) as well as the option to take the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) exam and receive certification. The NCDA Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Training and Certification Program is NCDA’s premier offering, encompassing all aspects of career development. It equips participants with essential skills to deliver effective career services to individuals and groups. Designed for those with varying educational backgrounds and work experiences, this program focuses on building foundational career development skills. Participants receive in-depth training in core career development competencies, enabling them to provide high-quality career services to a broad range of populations, including K-12 students, higher education, workforce development, government employees, veterans, justice-involved individuals, and those navigating career transitions. The skills are transferable and can be used in various settings and populations in need of career development services.
Upon successful completion of the FCD Training Program, individuals can apply for the competency-based Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) Credential at no additional fee.
