Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that promotes relaxation and can reduce stress and anxiety. Reiki involves using the hands to transmute universal lifeforce energy throughout one’s body and auric field. Feelings of peace, security, and harmony will surround you as you are immersed in reiki light and the energy flows. This is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing.

Sessions also include a combination of intuitively integrated crystal healing, essential oils, sound healing, tapping, meditation, and other modalities to bring you overall healing and wellness. Your session may also include crystal light therapy to heal your chakras. The light therapy will be integrated into your session.

Are you ready to learn the art of Reiki and become a Certified Reiki Healer? I offer Level 1, 2, and Master level trainings for individuals and groups. The training includes a printed workbook and a full reiki session and reiki attunement to the given level. We will go over energy healing and weave in other healing modalities such as crystal healing with our sessions. It is recommended that you wait in between each level to allow yourself to integrate reiki. You must have already worked with me for reiki energy healing at least once to become trained in reiki. This is to balance chakras, clear your energy field, heal the auric field, and talk about where you are at and how you want to use reiki in your life.

The training is offered over the course of 3 evenings with 90 minute sessions so that you can receive energy healing, review the workbook, and be attuned to reiki. This allows for integration between the sessions as well and a chance for you to ask questions.

If you have already been attuned to reiki and you want a re-attunement, we can integrate that into a 90 minute session of reiki.

This session is meant to provide time to talk about what is going on and providing meaningful support, as well as having a relaxing reiki session. We can talk about anything that you are currently facing such as grief, self-care strategies, relationships, and even career changes.

Participants receive in-depth training in core career development competencies, enabling them to provide high-quality career services to a broad range of populations, including K-12 students, higher education, workforce development, government employees, veterans, justice-involved individuals, and those navigating career transitions. The skills are transferable and can be used in various settings and populations in need of career development services.

Upon successful completion of the FCD Training Program, individuals can apply for the competency-based Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) Credential at no additional fee.
